Stampiro is a digital loyalty platform for merchants. For questions about the website or service, use the contact channel published on this site. The operator’s identification, tax and address details required by law must be provided before commercial contracting.

Merchants are responsible for accurate information, their credentials and lawful use. Each merchant is responsible for its programme, rewards, promotions and customer support. Wallet promotions must identify the merchant, be sent only with the required consent and offer an easy withdrawal option.

Plans and prices are shown before subscription confirmation and charges are processed by Stripe. Stampiro retains rights in its software, brand and content; merchants retain rights in their data and materials. Stampiro is not a party to the merchant-customer relationship and is not responsible for merchant rewards, products or services. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
