1. Who processes the data

Stampiro provides the technology platform. The merchant shown on a loyalty card is controller for its customers’ data; Stampiro acts on its behalf as processor. Stampiro is controller for platform account holders’ data and website navigation data.

2. Data, purposes and rights

We process account, billing, card-holder, loyalty-progress and security data to provide the service, protect it and meet legal duties. Merchant Wallet promotions require prior, optional and withdrawable consent. Data is shared only with necessary providers, such as hosting, Stripe, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, with appropriate safeguards for transfers. You may exercise data-protection rights through the issuing merchant, or the website contact channel for a Stampiro account or website request.
